Founder / Designer

Tutz is the Founder and Designer of Tutz Jeans. His exposure to the garments industry started early as he grew up watching his mother and older brother run a successful clothing business. Tutz later developed his own interest in textile design and eventually ventured on his own. He worked endless hours learning to design, sew, dye, and learning all the ins and outs of his craft.

Tutz always had so much determination and he always succeeded in whatever he put his heart and mind into. At age 20, he was already running a wholesale garment business on his own (while pursuing his architecture degree). At age 26, he singlehandedly produced and organized a huge trade fair in the mid-80s involving the biggest factories in the garment industry. Joined by the most prominent stars and artists at the time, his trade fair was unexpectedly successful and Tutz subsequently earned a name for himself in the garment industry.

Through the years, Tutz developed an artistic inventive vision that later became the seed to Tutz Jeans’s entrepreneurship. In 2014, Tutz Jeans was born. Today, Tutz dedicates much of his time and determination into growing Tutz Jeans. A visionary at heart, he foresees Tutz Jeans becoming the jeans of America.

TUTZ JEANS DESIGNS

Tutz Jeans products are currently only designed for men. Tutz Jeans are fabricated using the washing technique, a technique that originated here in America. Since designs are not computer-generated, each individual pair of jeans will have its own distinctive pattern handcrafted and exclusively designed for each consumer.

MADE IN THE USA

Tutz Jeans products are made of fabrics that are homegrown in the United States and locally crafted by American workers here in the USA (while some subcomponents are imported). Unlike other businesses that have adopted different outsourcing models in one-way shape or form, Tutz Jeans is committed to keeping production in the USA in order to support many American workers and their families.
