TutzJeans cares about your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and need to return merchandise, simply contact us here .

We gladly accept full refunds and exchanges of undamaged, unwashed, unworn, and defective merchandise. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of original purchase with all the miscellaneous articles included. If the returned merchandise do not meet TutzJeans return policy, purchaser may be subject to shipping charges associated with the return.

All credit for refunds and differences for exchanges will be applied directly to the original form of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the merchandise is defective.
